Salad course: Seasonal vegetable Panzanella salad
Main course: A choice of:
Pan-seared salmon rubbed with Avrinda's curry masala and finished with a homemade Ontario peach chutney, served over quinoa salad
OR
Grilled Mariposa chicken breast stuffed with fresh goat cheese and finished with a smoked, garden tomato jam (tomatos from Dentz Farms, Iroquois), served with fresh local new potatos and tossed with basil pesto
Dessert: Rustic fruit tart made with fresh seasonal Ontario fruit

"Steak au poivre". Ontario beef strip loin seared with cracked long peppercorns and finished with a cognac & marinated portabello mushroom sauce

Join us for an evening of casual dining. Come meet your hosts Michael & Ron, and our Chef Michael Fincher. Our main focus on Casual Night will be gourmet pizzas. Enjoy an assortment of pizzas, buffet style. Try as many different kinds as you can manage! You won't leave hungry! We promise.
Pizza recipe requests are taken and encouraged!
Pizzas come on housemade flatbread grilled over hardwood charcoal or are thick crust Beau's Lug Tread beer pizzas cooked in a cast iron pan with extra virgin olive oil
A number of the following pizzas will be served each evening. The quantity & variety depend on the number of diners in the restaurant. The more friends you bring, the more choices you will have.
Le canard bleu: white sauce, housemade duck confit, 6 year old Canadian cheddar spiked with blue cheese, caramelized pear, star anise and balsamic syrup
Classic pepperoni: hand sliced dry cured pepperoni, 6 year old Canadian cheddar, mozzarella, homemade classic tomato sauce
À la provencale: basil pistou, sliced tomatoes, green olives, chèvre & eggplant fried in extra virgin olive oil and finished with saffron aioli
Canadian: homemade classic tomato sauce, roasted mushrooms, pepperoni, bacon & double smoked Balderson cheddar & mozzarella cheese
Tuscan Sun: heirloom tomato bruschetta, garlic, fresh basil, proscuitto, chile flakes, Parmigiano Reggiano, prosciutto & extra virgin olive oil

Cajun pizza: blackened Mariposa Farms chicken breast, red pepper marinara, spicy sausage, shrimp and 6 year old Canadian cheddar

The quiet lamb: fava bean pesto, Chianti marinara, thinly sliced lamb, Buffalo mozzarella (contains no liver)
Hugger of trees & cheese: basil pesto, grilled vegetables, bruschetta, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, feta & goat cheese on a whole wheat and ancient grain crust
The Elvis: peaunut butter, bacon & banana, with 6 year old Canadian cheddar
French onion: beef broth & red wine glazed caramelized onion soubise, with Gruyère & cheddar cheese
Homemade desserts ranging in price from $3.50 to $5.00
